Hi everyone, here’s a quick run down for Complete PC Solutions for the week ending Friday 27th of February 2015.

Monday 23rd February: Our Managed IT Services client a Manufacturing firm in Hallam, scheduled on-site visit to install new APC UPS. This new UPS will keep the business operational when there is a power outage.

Tuesday 24th February: Our Managed IT Services client a Manufacturing firm in Dandenong, scheduled on-site visit to install new HP ProDesk 600 G1 Desktop for a staff member. This new HP desktop will improve staff productivity.

Wednesday 25th February: Our On Demand IT Support client a Manufacturing firm in Heidelberg, requested on-site IT support to resolve issue Outlook on users PC. Getting on-site within 2 hours keep downtime to a minimum, and the user was able to send and receive for the rest of the day.

Friday 27th February: Our Managed IT Services client an RSL Club in Springvale, had the Monthly On-site Preventative Maintenance Visit. This preventative maintenance visit ensures that foreseeable IT issues are dealt with before they have an impact on the business.
