This week we did the following on-demand IT support for the following small businesses around Melbourne:

Monday 1st December: Our Managed IT Services client a Law firm on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, had the Monthly On-site Preventative Maintenance Visit.

Tuesday 2nd December: A client of ours which is a manufacturing firm in Ringwood requested On Demand IT Support to install and configure new Backup Solution. This backup solution utilises Symantec System Recovery Software which automatically backups all company data to external USB Drive every night. The client has two USB Drives so that one drive can be stored off-site. Which protects companies data from a disaster.

Thursday 4th December: A client of ours which is a Law firm on Bourke St, Melbourne requested On Demand IT Support to resolve issue with User PC profile.

Friday 5th December: Our Managed IT Services client a Property Services firm in Ringwood, required a director to be setup on a new HP ProDesk 600 G1 Desktop.
