Maintenance for Thinclients provides you with complete peace of mind for only 82 cents per day, that your Thinclient will always have a reliable connection with your Server. This will cover any repairs or updates that are required during the month for Thinclients, with a 4 hour response time on all service calls.
This managed IT service includes:
- Free technical support for software and hardware issues.
- If the Thinclient is purchased from Complete PC we will provide you with premium hardware warranty support.
- Up to 4 call outs per month for on-site servicing with unlimited hours per service call.
- A 4 hour response time on all service calls.
- Provide you with a 24 hour, 7 days a week, emergency support line.
Supported OS’s: Windows 10, Windows 11 & Linux OS. All configurations of hardware are covered.
Note: This is a per month price & requires a minimum 12 months commitment.

This managed IT service includes:
- Free technical support for software and hardware issues.
- If the server is purchased from Complete PC we will provide you with premium hardware warranty support.
- Up to 4 call outs per month for on-site servicing with unlimited hours per service call.
- Automated Microsoft Security Patch / Updates Management
- Daily Monitoring of Server Health and Backup System.
- A 4 hour response time on all service calls.
- Provide you with a 24 hour, 7 days a week, emergency support line.
Supported OS’s: Windows 2012/ 2016 / 2019 / 2022 Server. All configurations of hardware are covered.
